In January 2007, Princess Sophia's deep concern over how the new Massachusetts Health Care Reform Law will impact the State's artists working in all disciplines, prompts her to personally fund the artists run web site: www.healthcareforartists.org
She is also funding the outreach materials associated with healthcareforartists.org
The Princess in October 2007, also stepped in to fund a new artists run website to help empower Massachusetts artists working in all disciplines to become part of the state-level public policy dialog: www.artistsunderthedome.org

The Princess continues to support the two artists run websites: www.healthcareforartists.org & www.artistsunderthedome.org
Princess Sophia's strong support of artists rights caused her to become involved with the international issue of what is called orphan works.This issue impact artists of all disciplines and every individual.
